Location: Bedford, Ma; Hybrid; Remote in AL, FL, GA, MA, MI, MO, NC, NH, OH, OK, TN, TX, WI, WV

This Role:
Responsible for entire lifecycle of automating internal workflows.  Will play a key role in the evaluation, direction, and continued development of our proprietary automation software. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Automate workflows using proprietary automation software
  • Work within all aspects of the RPA lifecycle
  • Meet with process owners, gather requirements, and create documentation
  • Identify automation opportunities
  • Recommend Process improvement in both workflows and bot design  
  • Support and troubleshoot production automated bots
  • Reliability communicate meaningful updates to coworkers and management  
  • Maintain supporting documentation for automated bots
  • Contribute to the creation and upkeep of department documentation and SOPs   
  • Propose focus and provide feedback on future automation software release content and initiatives
  • Contribute to the education and growth of existing staff on best industry practices and techniques

Required:

  • 3 years of dedicated experience with commercially available automation software
  • Experience in the Healthcare industry is preferred, but not required.   
  • Proficient with API integrations
  • Successful and proven problem-solving techniques and analytical skills
  • Process improvement and optimization
  • Motivated self-starter
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical recipients
  • Must be able to multitask, prioritize, and reprioritize in a dynamic work environment
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills  
  • Collaborative and team oriented
  • Must be willing and open to working with pre-production software
